Proyecto de factibilidad para la implementación de una empresa recicladora y productora de envases plásticos en el cantón Lago Agrio de la provincia de Sucumbíos

The aim of this research is to determine the commercial viability of implementing a recycler and producer of plastic packaging company in the Lago Agrio Canton of the Province of Sucumbíos. To achieve this objective using different methods and techniques that research allows, as the deductive method, inductive method, the statistical method and techniques of observation and survey, among others was necessary. The use of these methods and techniques allowed reaching the culmination of this work for which purpose he had to follow in the footsteps of understanding and demonstration of the same application. In the market study in the canton of Lago Agrio, a survey of five production and bottling water companies and a survey of two distributors of plastic packaging was applied; Weighted surveys have analyzed the results, determining the potential demand for 930,020 plastic containers, real demand 774,016 plastic containers, Effective Demand 558,012 plastic containers, the supply of 360,006 plastic containers and unmet demand of 198,006 plastic containers in the first year, which allowed us to determine that the project can and should be run by the results obtained in the analysis of demand, supply and marketing levels for this product. The installed capacity of the project for the first year will be 150,240 plastic containers, also the location of the same which will be located in the canton of Lago Agrio, in the streets Avenue Quito km 9 to right margin is determined. The production process requires the use of suitable equipment, which will guarantee for a quality product and at moderate prices. Then determining project engineering process diagrams, characteristics of operation and management, technical requirements such as equipment, facilities, furniture and fixtures develops. Likewise an administrative study determined as a Limited Liability Company, and functional organizational structure to hierarchical levels of both Legislative, Executive, Consultant Level Support Assistant, Operational Level as well as operating manuals, organizational charts was performed; which served as a guideline for implementing a good organization, since there will be the following personnel: Manager, a secretary Contour, a concierge, who will be part of the administrative staff and operational staff distributed as follows: two workers and a seller . The project requires an investment of $ 70,289.90 and will be financed with contributions from partners 14.64% of the total investment which corresponds to $ 10,289.90 and a loan that will keep the project with the Development Bank will constitute the 85.36% corresponding to $ 60,000.00 to 10-year period at 15% annual interest. The financial evaluation presents the following results: According to the VAN of this project gives us a positive value of $ 54.178,66 indicating that the project or investment is suitable. For this project, the TIR is 25,96%, and this satisfactory value for the project, the time required to recover the original investment would be 2 years, 3 months and 2 days, the sensitivity values are less than one, therefore not affect changes in project costs increased by 6,5% and income decreased by 5%, in the project is not sensitive to these changes. Subsequently the most significant conclusions and recommendations of the project, which can determine the importance it means for the canton of Lago Agrio which a company producing packaging recyclable plastic is implemented because of jobs will be created is proposed, will increase a better awareness of recycling and the quality of life of those who work in the company improve.
