总结: | The National College "November 26" of the city of Zaruma in the province of Gold, is one of the most important institutions offering education in two days, the same as demand for good quality education, for it must improve in infrastructure and technological resources to facilitate the teaching-learning process is for this reason that this research work, which focused on "Development and implementation of virtual course of the subject Foreign Language for the Ninth Degree of Education was held Basic General of the National College "November 26" Zaruma city, 2013-2014 ". The overall objective of this thesis project focused on the development of a virtual course with a constructivist approach and its implementation to the virtual learning environment Moodle (LMS) to the subject of Foreign Language, for the Ninth Grade Basic General Education framed on content established by the Ministry of Education and executed at the National College "November 26" Zaruma city. The waterfall model which has a methodological approach rigorously ordered stages of development of software that is used for the development of virtual course Foreign Language: Analysis stage: is the educational phase consisted of collecting historical information of the College and work with the teacher of the subject in the study subjects to develop the lesson plans. Design stage covers technological phase consisted of analyzing each of the aspects as images, colors, size and resolution which were considered when developing the virtual course Implementation stage activities Edilim supplemented with videos, links to web pages, interactive games, test was developed,In line with the topics covered in the planning. Step test enroll teachers, students and interacted in the virtual course, after evaluation sheets were applied to then validate the results and make the necessary corrections in the virtual course.
