Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | Development Plans and Land Planning Parish (PDOT's) are planning tools provided by law, which allow autonomous governments parish develop concerted management of their territories, aimed at achieving good living, prioritizing capacity building and potential of the rural population living in the parishes. One aspect that significantly impacts the territorial balance is the process of rapid urbanization seen in certain cities, and economic and administrative measures to improve rural infrastructure and utilities difficulties. Within this context territorial today, should not be treated only as physical space, but as a real sediment of culture in interaction with nature, this argument Development Plans and Zoning Parish must have a process monitoring and sequential and interactive evaluation, which allows easy access to each of the programs, projects and plans in a coordinated manner taking advantage of the provisions of the Constitution of Ecuador, the Decentralization Act and the National Planning System (SENPLADES) .
