總結:During the ten years of the presidency of the republic that exercised Rafael Correa Delgado, the country focused on a single political model, known as the "Citizen Revolution". This political model, which opponents called "Correismo", was headed by the former constitutional president of Ecuador, Rafael Correa Delgado. Since his electoral victory in 2008, Correa defended his ideology and political position, with an extroverted political discourse, which many would call prepotent, colloquial, propagandistic: and, his followers would call it frontal, direct and full of reason. The political discourse became a strength for the exmandatario. This research presents the Enlace Ciudadano Television Program as an Ecuadorian government radio and television station that was broadcast weekly on Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm local time, by 54 Ecuadorian stations, through state television. Ecuador TV and Gama TV and as a communication strategy linked to the political needs of the Government, to sustain its legitimacy, credibility and, above all, to sustain its political project. The purpose is to analyze in detail the speech of former President Rafael Correa on Saturdays, through a critical and reflective exploration of his language, resources and strategies. The object of study, part of an analysis of form and substance of political discourse, its origin, its characteristics, its ideology and its purpose. In this purpose, 10 Citizen Link Television Programs were studied in which the then president participated, corresponding to more than 48 hours of discursive analysis.
