To start with the study of this project, has set an overall target called: PROJECT FEASIBILITY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPANY PRODUCER AND BOTTLING OF NATURAL JUICE PENNINE SLIMMING AND MARKETING IN THE CATAMAYO CANTON, Loja province, which is they raised specific objectives that served as a guide for the study. The methods used were the Inductively who used it to base on the particularities found in the project feasibility, generalizing conclusions and recommendations; Deductive, which allowed based on the theoretical concepts related to the completion of a project feasibility, apply them in the development of market research, technical, administrative and financial; plus the following techniques such as direct observation allowed to know what is done at present the production process of the juice and the survey that was applied to the market segment which is aimed product were the inhabitants of Catamayo canton applied that according to the information obtained in the INEC were “30,638 people by the year 2,010. In this population is the projected 2016 date on which it will conduct the study, taking as population growth rate 1.40% given by the INEC, whose population for the year 2016 was a population of 33,300 inhabitants,”2 obtaining the sample size for this project that resulted in 395 surveys conducted the inhabitants of Catamayo canton. The analysis in the development of each of the phases of the project feasibility allowed to reach the following conclusions: 1. the market study determined that the company is feasible to implement it according to the data obtained an unmet demand was obtained Natural juices slimming 766,184 a year cucumber. The technical study determined that the installed capacity will be 415,250 units and Production Company whose capacity utilization is 80% for the first year of 332,200 units cover 25.19% of unsatisfied demand. The organizational study shows that the company was formed as a company Limited Company that offers different hierarchical levels, being the highest ranking the General Meeting. Within the financial investment study reaches the amount of $ 29,399.77, of which domestic sources will be 66.19% of the total investment corresponding to $ 19,399.77 will be financed with contributions from partners and external sources, will be covered for credit that will keep the project with the National Finance Corporation constitute 33.81% of the total amount of investment and corresponds to $ 10.000,00. The financial evaluation indicates that the NPV is 249.476.44 dollars, the IRR is 31.25%, the Recovery Period Capital of the company will be in 2 year, 6 months and 22 days; the benefit cost ratio is that for every dollar invested company earns 0.26Vcents and Sensitivity Analysis rising cost is the 15.85% and decreasing income is from 13.75%. Based on the results, it is recommended to start the project as it will give significant returns for its investors and generates productive development for investors and socioeconomic development for Catamayo canton.
