Case study "The zarumeña house" has as general objective to protect the safety and health of workers in cafeterias in Loja city and as specific objectives, make a diagnosis of the current occupational safety and health situation within the establishment, also succeed in identifying the risk factors that cause more incidents and the working conditions in which they work and for such reasons cause occupational diseases to workers and develop the occupational safety and health plan for the cafeteria "The Zarumeña House". Descriptive and non-experimental methods, direct observation techniques, surveys of 40 workers, Interview with 10 owners of cafes and an observation guide the same that serves to verify the current situation of each local. With all this used, it was possible to show the most dangerous risks that are exposed by their work activity, workers and owners have very little knowledge about safety and health at work, In addition, they have not conducted emergency drills or any training, and currently no cafeteria in the city has a security plan. This information allowed the diagnosis of the current situation of the cafeterias and the elaboration of the present plan. |
