| Shrnutí: | Currently, degree accreditation agencies focus their attention on the evaluation of the syllabus, for the fact that it contains a complete planning of the teaching-learning pro-cess. Therefore the objective of this Degree Work (Trabajo de Titulación, TT, for its acronym in Spanish) is to implement a software module for the Tracking of the sylla-bus and improvement plan for the Systems/Computer Engineering degree at UNL, with this purpose the research question is: How to optimize the process of Tracking of the syllabus and improvement plan in the Systems/Computer Engineering degree using ICTs? The present TT was executed in an academic environment in three phases, in the first phase, the BPM RAD methodology was used with the purpose of establishing the process of Syllabus and Improvement Plan Tracking (Seguimiento al Sílabo y Plan de Mejoras, SSPM, for its acronym in Spanish) through the use of BPMN notation, resulting in two process diagrams, the first one representing the current flow, and the second one which suggests a diagram for the automation of the SSPM process. As a second phase, the software module for the tracking of the syllabus and improvement plan was developed using the Bonita Studio tool and the XP methodology, obtaining the functional module based on the automation proposal, ready to be implemented in a real environment. Finally, as a third phase, an implementation plan was defined for the syllabus tracking and improvement plan module in a real or simulated environment, as a result, the implementation plan was obtained with the necessary stages to deploy the SSPM module. In this way, it was possible to answer the research question, corrobo-rating that the developed module considerably optimizes the Syllabus and Improve-ment Plan Tracking process of the Systems/Computer Engineering career of the UNL in contrast to the way in which this process is currently carried out, because it organ-izes the activities that occur within the process in a systematic way and centralizes the information, which translates into the use of resources such as time, human re-sources and the economic factor of the institution. Finally, future work is indicated ac-cording to the work developed to improve the functionality of the system.
