Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The present degree work called Accounting organization to the commercial company "Home Atelier" of Mr. Henrry Fabián Valladares Fernández from the city of Loja, October - December 2022, was developed with the purpose of informing its owner about the economic-financial situation and the importance that the accounting organization provides since it gives valuable information about the state of the company, allows knowing if the company generates losses or profits, if there are debts to attend or if there are accounts receivable and the adequate control that must be carried in each of its accounts and in this way the owner can make accurate and timely decisions for its correct operation. In order to comply with the objectives set forth in the project of the Curricular Integration Work, we proceeded to design the plan and manual of accounts according to the needs of the company, which facilitates the registration of the economic activities that are carried out by the company, the initial inventory was elaborated through the physical verification of all the goods, values and obligations that the company has, thus establishing the initial situation status, the source documentation was classified in an orderly manner, the memorandum of operations was prepared, the journal was prepared in which the transactions were recorded in chronological order and applying the multiple account system, and with this information the general ledger, trial balance, work sheet, financial statements and explanatory notes were prepared. The methodology to carry out the work determined the optimal accounting system applicable to the economic unit, based on this the theoretical contribution of the practice was assembled, the formats of the main and auxiliary books were elaborated for the registration of the activities until the financial statements were obtained. The results obtained from the accounting process carried out in the commercial enterprise "Home Atelier", allowed to know through the financial statements a profit for the year of $181.66; significant information for its owner and based on this, he can make the most appropriate decisions for the economic growth of the commercial enterprise. |
