إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The protective action is a guarantee that the state provides for people to maintain a legal order for the protection of constitutional rights, thus ensuring legal certainty for individuals. Currently a constitutions control is maintained within the application of protective action, allowing certainty in its application is given, generating the same is applied according to the indications of the Constitutional Control Act, this covers areas and competencies on which the action of protection should apply, so that the aims and objectives ensuring this action are met. At present it is necessary that these areas and competencies, ensuring the protection of fundamental rights, thus maintaining a state of social law, ensuring legal certainty, effective protection of the rights and guarantees given on behalf of the people through of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and the covenants, treaties and conventions ratified by our country. The protective action has evolved from the needs of the people, which generate the development of systems for protection of constitutional rights and guarantees established in favor of the people. |
