La Reiteración de Denuncias Infundadas sobre Delitos de Violencia Intrafamiliar serán Sancionadas por el Juzgador

The selected topic and research problem is called "The repetition of unfounded allegations of crimes of domestic violence will be punished by the judge"; it is a problem of reality in professional practice of applying claim of domestic violence has changed the scope of legal protection so this investigation is the evolution of domestic violence and as the authority becomes aware and so same initial mediated is taken. To address the issue of domestic violence and allegations in this paper an investigation is conducted in activities against a claim the right to petition and the consequences of repeated complaints against domestic violence containing the same foundation are met and the same people, which contributes to the administration of justice and that the legislature has not regulated the conduct of the complainants. Repeated complaints have not had legal proceedings on sanctions have been misused by the beneficiaries of these rights as they intend to finally get home at denounced, this complaint use as evidence in a divorce or to achieve returns on money appear and other attitudes that the similarity of blackmail. The legal basis is that this approach limits the administration of justice as a result the judges neglect other procedures in which you also have to serve the people.
