Beskrivelse
Summary:Hypertensive disorders are a health problem, are the leading cause of maternal death in developed countries, the third leading cause of maternal death in developing countries, also attributed as a cause of fetal and neonatal death as well as newly born (RN) with low birth weight, hypoxic, with low Apgar score, so we sought to study this disease and to find predictive markers to help with the diagnosis in order to prevent its complications. This research was a descriptive cross-sectional study conducted in the months of February to August in pregnant women from 20 to 24 weeks who attended the Hospital Isidro Ayora and showed high uric acid values of 3.5 or impaired resistance index uterine artery , participating in this study, 61 pregnant women, their results were the higher incidence of hypertensive disorders presented as pregnant 15 to 24 years in ( 22.90% ) followed by 25 to 34 age in ( 9.80% ) relative to the elevation of uric acid 16 pregnant ( 26.2 %) developed hypertensive disorders such as preeclampsia in ( 68.75%) and gestational hypertension (21.25 % ) . With disturbance index greater resistance of > 5.6 19 ( 31.1 %) developed hypertensive disorders , presenting the ( 78.90 %) and preeclampsia ( 21.10% ) gestational hypertension , showing for the index higher strength sensibility 50 % and 75% specificity. and , uric acid increased sensibility to 3.5mg/dl .20%. and 81% specificity.
