| Streszczenie: | The present research work entitled "Proposal for a Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015 for the LojaSoft Solutions Company, of the city of Loja" has the general objective of proposing a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 Standard : 2015 for the company LojaSoft Solutions of the city of Loja and as specific objectives to prepare a diagnosis of the current situation of the quality management system of the company LojaSoft Solutions and design the proposal of the quality management system under the ISO 9001 standard: 2015 for the company LojaSoft Solutions in the city of Loja. For this research, the inductive and deductive methods were used, which allowed us to analyze the elements of the ISO standard, determine the current diagnosis of the company and comply with the objectives set. In addition to this, two types of surveys were applied: one to the company's personnel, both administrative and operational, in total 17 collaborators; and, a second survey, to the company's clients, with a total of 8, who request the software services from LojaSoft Solutions and the Checklist applied to the company LojaSoft Solutions. From these instruments it was possible to show as results that the company does not have a manual of functions, does not have a correct document management and there is no policy or quality objectives. This information allowed the elaboration of the current diagnosis of the quality management system in the company and the elaboration of the design of the quality management system design. At the end of the investigation, the pertinent elements were concluded for the elaboration of the design of the management system and the quality manual. It is expected that the document suggested to LojaSoft Solutions in order to implement the ISO 9001: 2015 standards in its administrative processes, will become a guide that allows it to add value to the performance of its activities, in order to achieve the best administrative practices, focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. |
