Ychwanegu Tag | Crynodeb: | The present research is aimed at knowing if the communication strategies that the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Canton Gonzanamá use through its social networks to achieve acceptance in the followers are adequate. The same is based on the general objective of analyzing the communication strategies that the Autonomous Government Decentralized Canton Gonzanamá applies through social networks. For research purposes, research techniques have been used, such as: 1) data analysis: where 92 studies were carried out by GAD-Gonzanama in the social networks facebook and twitter; 2) surveys were applied to 200 followers of GAD-G networks; And, 3) interviews with the GAD-G public relations, a community manager and a public relations consultant, the last two outside the institution. Both the interpretation of the surveys and the analysis of data showed similar results in the "I like" section determined that the communication strategies used by the institution through its social networks between 20 and 25% generate a bad and negative level of Acceptance, and in a low 19% for the surveys and a 32% for the analysis of data a very good level of acceptance by the followers. Concluding that the communication strategies that the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Canton Gonzanamá applies through social networks are very limited and little innovative, in addition, do not have a significant impact on the followers of the same. Finally, for this research a proposal was made that the creation of a manual of digital media to make publications in social networks. |
