The company will be located in Loja Canton in Loja province. where are the right conditions, machinery, raw materials and inputs used in this company. The feasibility of installing an undertaking producing handbags and skirts with recycled material by jean, was analyzed which carried it according to the 4 objectives of the project are: the study of market, technical, financial and organizational. Before starting the development contextualizó the study, described in the introduction and briefly supply an approach on how prepared the study in general, was made a sketch of what will be the document so that the reader can understand it. In the process of development of the study were goals that served to anticipate the results of knowledge that is expected to earn at the end of the research process. To comply with the proposed objectives methods and techniques were applied to facilitate research and to meet the objectives. On the study of market developed research in phases that guide the project from conception, quantification of demand, offer, potential unmet demand where was used the method of survey and interview applied to women from 12 to 50 and the owners of boutiques, where showed the possibilities of entering the market as well as the marketing of products, the analysis of the price with which you can acquire it. The data obtained were applied in the results. In the technical study focused primarily on the location of the plant and the factors to carry out a quality product, the elements to be considered are: capacity of the plant, distribution areas, description of the process, selection of equipment and materials and workmanship. Developed financial analysis of the installation of the company producer and marketer of handbags and skirts with recycled jean than through tools accounting financial was unveiled the economic situation and the initial investment where you could display a short-term investment that was arranged through a financial evaluation with results that could verify that if generates profitability.
