It was fulfilled the objectives outlined investigative work presently, like it is: To identify the current System of countable registrations that takes the company "AGIP GA", was designed the countable registrations that allow to take the information in an appropriate way, to elaborate a bill plan according to the necessities and activities of the company, you proceeded to the summary of documents that allowed to organize the information with the realization of the inventory by means of the physical verification of the values, goods and obligations, for the registration of the bill merchandises it was applied the system of permanent bill or perpetual inventory, by means of the use of cards Kardex, valorized with the method average pondered with these data and the countable process was executed from the State of Initial Situation, memo of activities as well as the assistants of sales and purchases, in the one that you/they consist the economic transactions verified in the documentation it supports, to proceed to jornalizar the countable seats in the Daily Book, to continue with Mayorización that I allow the Balance of Confirmation that served as help for the Leaf of Work to settle down and with it to elaborate the Financial States that determine the situation financial n of the company. Between the main conclusions and recommendations to the proprietor of the company that integrates an accounting system in net, so that the one obtains the information in the moment that he/she needs it and he/she helps him/her to make future decisions in benefit of their company. You are recommended it continues with the system of permanent bill that will be an effective tool to organize the company and to continue with the registrations in a daily way, with the purpose of guaranteeing the opportune delivery of the information in the moment that is required, economizing time and resources. It is also assigned to a professional enabled in the countable area with the purpose of that it executes and present the Financial States in opportune form.
