Sumari:This research work focuses on determining the relationship between the Free Improvisation Teaching (FET) method and the learning process of Natural Sciences in the students from sixth grade of the Unidad Educativa Particular San Gerardo, Loja 2023. To this end, it was implemented a pedagogical proposal based on the FET method and its effectiveness in the teaching-learning process of the Natural Sciences was evaluated. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, and using a sample of sixth grade students from the Unidad Educativa Particular San Gerardo. Data collection instruments such as questionnaires and tests were used to assess the level of student learning before and after the implementation of the FET method. The results obtained indicate that the implementation of the FET method had a positive effect on the learning process of Natural Sciences in the sixth grade of the Unidad Educativa Particular San Gerardo. A significant improvement in students' learning levels was evidenced after the implementation of the FET method, suggesting that this method may be effective in improving the teaching-learning process of Natural Sciences. In conclusion, this research work demonstrates that the FET method can be an effective alternative to improve the teaching-learning process of Natural Sciences in the sixth grade of the Unidad Educativa Particular San Gerardo. Its implementation in other educational contexts is highly recommended, and future research is suggested to evaluate its effectiveness at other educational levels and in other areas of knowledge.
