Propuesta para la gestión sustentable de la biodiversidad y aprovechamiento del potencial ecoturístico del barrio San Miguel de la hueca, parroquia Panguintza, cantón Centinela del Condor

The present work entitled "Proposal for the sustainable administration of the biodiversity and exploitation of the ecotourism potential of the San Miguel de la Hueca neighborhood, belonging to the Panguintza town in, Centinela del Cóndor district", it has the implementation of sustainable alternatives that contribute to the solution of socio-economic and environmental problems for the Good Living of the population. The participative methodological strategies are applied in order to diagnose the current situation of the community and identify their potential. The main problems identified in the neighborhood, are generated by the mismanagement of natural resources and missed attendance of technical training for the improvement of productive activities, causing deforestation of native forest that influence directly decreasing of the of biodiversity. This area has important natural attractions and can be used sustainably by promoting ecotourism. Therefore, it proposes the following alternative of solutions: establishment of a community organization, training in leadership, organization, management, administration and sustainable use of natural resources, environmental education training and integrated crop management, training local guide’s ecotourism, programs of reforestation, trail construction and implementation of signage, the implementation of a Community Tourism Center for the provision of ecotourism services.
