This thesis was conducted to evaluate the technique of liver gammagrafia with 99mT-sulfur colloid applied to adult patient in nuclear medicine service SOLCA Loja cancer hospital, for whisk was been sampled 35 clinical cases to the embodiment thereof , during the period of June 2012 to May 2013 , as a result got the technique we is optima and appropriate , and patients showed no complications , the greater influence of patients is between 50 and 60 and between indication or the most common diseases are infections and obstruction of the superior vena cava .
