Recaudación Simplificada Menor Aduanera y su incidencia en el desarrollo socio-económico del Distrito Sur Loja-Macará

The main purpose of the investigation was to determine by means of a study in socio-economic matter the simplified smallest collection and its incidence in the socio-economic development of the south district Loja-Macara. It was possible to recognize and to identify processes of the Declaration Simplified Aduanera, considering a study problem to identify, and taking like reference publications and authors' studies have more than enough customs and régimes customs officers. The sample of the study determined it to him taking 100% of the population objective (92 people) corresponding to the month of May 2015. The techniques used for the present investigation were: the interview, the survey and the observation. The used methods were: the scientific and deductive method. The problems that even show up with the application of a system simplified in frontier are the ignorance of advantages as well as the application of tariff (safeguards) new departures and the incidence of these in the development economic partner. Once gathered all the required information and then their analysis and their impact in natural and/or juridical people that enter to the simplified régime of frontier, show up conclusions which are focused toward the benefits and opportunities of the simplified régime and toward the institutional action in the control and collection of the tributes in an efficient and effective way, and, finally the recommendations, considering the study object and the obtained results.
