La diabetes y su repercusión en la dinámica familiar en los pacientes que asisten al grupo de autoayuda fuvida filial periodo diciembre 2014-mayo 2015. Lineamientos alternativos

The development of this thesis that consists in a research job, It was oriented to determine as the diabetes impacts over patients familiar dynamic that attend in the group of self – help (FUVIDA); and knowing which are the factors that found influencing in this dynamic, to aim determined. So that could elaborate a psych educative plan, on track for helping their families and diabetic patients. For which was realized in an inductive, transversal, statistical and descriptive study in people that suffer diabetes type two, that come up self – help group (FUVIDA) filial Loja. As soon as the techniques and instruments, was used the Familiar Performance Test (FF – SIL), It contains 14 items and a structural survey that measure in 6 questions the familiar factors. The research process allowed to know that the patients suffer this kind of disease develop functional moderate families followed of functional families is balance with dysfunctional families meanwhile this impact causes in the dynamic familiar depends on the familiar cycle in that is found and it was used in resources (cohesion, armory, communication, permeability, effectiveness, roles and adaptation capacity), It is present in every family. In that socioeconomic level the majority of the patients was located in the strate D with economical incomes for lower in the 700 monthly dollars. As products in the research was determine that diabetes is found impacts in the dynamic familiar So that in the different dimensions that show it. That could invest in the familiar performance in the implementation of an psych educative plan. It was created in an appropriate scenery that allows to support the familiar relations.
