| Summary: | The Article 166 of the Code of Childhood and Adolescence difficult for enactment, whether by illness, disability, age greater than 4 years or other duly certified from a program called difficult decision makes it child call difficult decision, being a derogatory term that encourages thinking that is a child or adolescent with behavioral difficulties. This is why it is proposed that in our country open adoption, an institution that is implemented in many countries, in which adoptive parents know the birth parents and the contact is maintained with them permits. This makes biological parents know the identity of the adoptive parents, and then the administrative authorities may decide to take, once known psychological and economic capacities of adoptive padrea. With open adoption, does not mean that there are irregularities in adopting a child, but like all adoptions exist control of administrative authorities, and its decision will be taken by the judicial authorities by the judges of the childhood and adolescence. This allows the rates of children who enter the program are reduced adoption difficult, as many of teen parents do not have adequate resources or sufficient education to give your child an environment of integrated development pursued effectively achieve, and that this immaturity currently giving the child in adoption lasts months or even years, affecting whoever has exceeded 4 years. We must stress that this type of open adoption should be exceptionally kind, and will not apply to cases where the parents were deprived of parental authority by some type of abuse to the child or adolescent, as your application is voluntary. By applying the open adoption allows the reduction of so-called difficult children adoption, which neglects the emotional side, often without considering that it is children who need priority attention and affection, and this allows a family and worthy of constitutional and legal principles of equality and nondiscrimination life. |
