LOS ADOLESCENTES INFRACTORES Y UNA JUSTICIA ESPECIALIZADA QUE PROTEJA SUS DERECHOS Y GARANTÍAS EN INFRACCIONES PENALES

The present investigation work "the Adolescent Offenders and a Penal Specialized Justice that it protects their rights and guarantees in penal" infractions. It is the secret analysis of the reality in our country; this population group is one of the most vulnerable inside the society. Our constitution establishes rights and guarantees to the citizens with the purpose of protecting them of all discrimination act and abuse of violence guaranteeing its physical and moral integrity. Likewise the Code of the childhood and the adolescence, by means of the educational measures partner, their purpose is to achieve the adolescent's integration and the repair of the caused damage, guaranteeing the adolescent its reinsertion, inside the society. The politics of prevention of the violence, the control and execution in the partner-educational measures in the Centers of Institutional Internamiento, they contribute to the adolescent alternative offender of adaptation and social insert. For that which you/they have settled down, organisms, and institutions that take charge of looking after the well-being and the adolescent offenders' invigoration, in route to the good one to live inside the society, In the same way when analyzing this investigative topic the adolescent offenders, before the cometimiento of an infraction or crime, they will be subject 5 to legislation and to an administration of specialized justice the same one that will be represented by operators of justice properly enabled for the execution of the law. It is so inside the mark of the good one to live, the rights, obligations and mainly the principles in the juzgamiento procedure to the adolescent offenders, they won't be harmed, with the purpose of giving execution to the adolescent offender's integral protection inside the society. My purpose is the contribution to the true conversion, and application of the rights and guarantees in the execution of the measures socio educative, to the adolescent offenders, in the rehabilitation process and insert to the society, the operator of justice applied the partner-educational necessary measure in each case for the execution in the process of the adolescent offender's rehabilitation, the directed punishment and administering for a penal specialized justice, it demands the respect to the other people's right, it motivates a moral and ethical duty in answers to this current, emergent problem that the Ecuadorian society lives.
