| Итог: | The assessment of psychosocial risks in the work environment must be paramount in an institution to ensure the well-being of employees. These risks, which include stress, excessive workload and poor interpersonal relationships among others, can seriously affect the mental and physical health of workers. Identifying and managing these factors is essential to promoting a healthy work environment, improving productivity, and preventing long-term health problems. The objective of this research is to evaluate the psychosocial risk of the staff working at the CADECOG Credit Union, located in the city of Gonzanamá in the province of Loja. The research approach is quantitative; the technique of surveying a total of 15 employees was used with the assessment tool of FPSICO 4.1, which allowed data to be collected and interpreted, facilitating the understanding of the reality of the research problem. For the results, nine risk factors were analyzed to interpret the following: of the nine we took three that have a higher level of risk, workload (46.7%), psychological demands (46.7%) and participation/supervision (80%). Given the importance, it is concluded that the assessment of psychosocial risks is essential and organizations must carry out periodic evaluations to identify and properly manage risks, as well as establish the level of risk to know the factor with the most impact on employees and thus propose prevention mechanisms to mitigate the risks identified, thus promoting a healthier and safer work environment. |
