Resumo:In the present research work, called "PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF PERSONNEL WHO WORKS IN THE COMPANY "POLLOS GUSY" AND ITS INCIDENCE ON JOB PERFORMANCE", which will facilitate increasing the personal and labor progress of each evaluated, through focused training to business achievement. In the development of the investigation, the descriptive, deductive, inductive, analytical and statistical methods were used; the technique used was direct observation; The performance evaluation was carried out using the 360 degree method, to 13 employees who work in the company. For this purpose, the forms were developed considering 8 dimensions: communication, teamwork, problem solving, continuous improvement, organization and time management, customer focus, critical thinking, and training; rated on a scale of: 1 - Poor, 2 - Fair, 3 - Good, 4 - Very Good, and 5 - Excellent. As results, it was obtained that the performance evaluation average was 2.96, which represents that the degree of compliance of the employees is "Regular". Therefore, the importance of applying performance evaluation within the organizations was evidenced, since it allows knowing the level of performance of the employees and verifying the fulfillment of the objectives of the company. Given these conclusions, a Training Plan is proposed, it is recommended to periodically evaluate the staff, in order to achieve business success.
