Control y Regulación de las Pensiones Alimenticias en los Gastos por Parte del Representante Legal del Alimentado para el Efectivo Cumplimiento de su Desarrollo Integral.

This Curricular Integration Work entitled: "Control and regulation of alimony on expenses by the legal representative of the person receiving food, for the effective fulfillment of its integral development" raises its interest to investigate because a legal vacuum is evident. It is due to the inexistence of a mechanism that helps to regulate and control the alimony received by legal representatives. However, it must be considered that there is currently no procedure that helps maintain control over allowance that ensures, as a principle, the interest of the child and adolescent. For the development of this work, a legal and doctrinal study was carried out to establish an article referring to the proper use of alimony by those who exercise the legal representation of the fed. The research work was exploratory, and the phenomena were explored in depth with a qualitative approach. It was possible to collect the most significant amount of data related to the central theme: interviews with civil law experts and the analysis of the regulations' current law, which was developed within the investigative work. An interview questionnaire carried out based on the central problem was also used as an instrument, from which relevant and necessary information was obtained for the resolution of the research problem. Likewise, a questionnaire of questions was used to carry out surveys, which were carried out with thirty people who gave their opinions and ideas regarding the central theme of the research. The results show that, in the Childhood and Adolescence Code, a legal standard is not determined for the control of alimony expenses. Still, in the civil code, there is a figure called the accountability of guardians. Therefore, it was necessary to present a bill that allows the addition of an article created by the research author to establish control and responsibility over the purposes of the amounts paid for alimony.
