Резюме:The present investigative work describes the practice that carries out the educational one with the purpose of improving the academic yield of its students, using methods and strategies to innovate the teaching-learning; for it, worry permanently about offering a suitable atmosphere that potency the interpersonal relationships of those who participate in the educational fact, as well as, to negotiate the factors related with effective atmospheres appropriately for the learning. In this context, the carried out investigation topic: THE STRUCTURE OF A PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE IS BOUNDED TO IMPROVE THE ACADEMIC YIELD IN THOSE AND THE STUDENTS OF FOURTH GRADE OF THE ELEMENTARY BASIC LEVEL OF THE MUNICIPAL EDUCATIONAL UNIT CATAMAYO OF THE CANTON CATAMAYO, COUNTY OF LOJA, PERIOD 2013 – 2014; whose general objective was, to identify pleasant atmospheres that those and the students needs to improve the academic yield in the fourth grade of the Elementary Basic label of the Municipal Educational Unit "Catamayo", of the canton Catamayo, county of Loja, period 2013 - 2014. The application of the investigation instruments, before and after the implementation of the shops like didactic-methodological strategy to structure a pleasant atmosphere for the learning, the prosecution of results and the systematizing of the generated information, it allowed to determine that a correlation exists, although not significant (r = 0,45) between the proposal and the academic yield of the children; but yes it was effective the implementation of the shops, as for waking up in the children the interest for the topics that are developed in the class, to motivate them to work in connection with their partners, narrowing the knots of friendship and companionship, that is to say, the atmosphere improved notably; the educational one could implement strategies to maintain the children focused in the task, thanks to the used didactic resources that they caused a positive impact in them.
