| Özet: | The thesis "AUDIT MANAGEMENT union is entitled PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS Zamora Chinchipe PERIOD 2014"; the study was aimed at the implementation and verification of compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the operations of the entity, by applying performance indicators which show the degree of compliance with the objectives and goals set by the entity to determine the efficiency, effectiveness and economy and prepare the report for submission to the Secretary General. His analysis is focused on: Developing stages of management audit of the Union of Professional Drivers of Zamora Chinchipe period 2014 to verify compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to the operations of the entity, such as plans, policies and procedures, apply management indicators to measure economy, efficiency and effectiveness with which human, material and financial resources are managed and issue a report audit institution applied to comments containing conclusions and recommendations During the development of research work, a survey was applied to officials of each department to obtain all relevant and important information of the company, through observation and verification of the information derived from the activities performed by union officials used of Professional Drivers of Zamora Chinchipe, continuing with the preliminary knowledge of 6 the institution where they could find weaknesses and strengths in different departments by applying management indicators and through the evaluation of internal control system; up to the communication of results to be presented to the Secretary General, then it allowed an improvement plan proposed for each department evaluated which contains a compliance schedule to be followed as a recommendation to officials of each department. The discussion will contain the previous work and the degree of compliance with stated goals, continuing with the conclusions drawn; determined that in the Union have already implemented audits, on the other hand has no specific internal control standards for assessing the internal control system, not complying with the goals outlined in the Annual Operating Plan, as to staff did not perform functions that are commensurate with their professional profile, also not implemented management indicators to determine the degree of compliance activities in terms of economy, efficiency and effectiveness, before it was recommended that the "Union of Drivers Zamora Chinchipe professionals "conduct performance audits periodically to the Internal Control Standards is observed to date. Upon completion of this research work a report was submitted to the Secretary General the respective findings and valid, reasonable and appropriate recommendations to help the improvement of the organization. |
