| Итог: | The present thesis work titled "project feasibility for the implementation of a business producing and COMMERCIALIZING of GALANTINE (chicken filling) in the city of LOJA", nace classification and combination of ideas as the author and the need to have a different flavor and presentation product on the market for the consumption of the different families. In reference to the above, the study used different materials and methods of research; using the inductive method allowed to know what the effective demand prior to the implementation of surveys Lojanas families, through the deductive method met which is existing in the market offer. Also used the technique of the survey which allowed information about the tastes and preferences of families; in the same way was necessary to resort to the interview technique, to learn about the commercialization of the product. The latest census data, year 2010 with an annual growth rate of 2.27% which corresponds to the urban sector and the market segment by families, after applying the appropriate formula obtained a sample size 397 surveys was used to know the size of the sample. With the information obtained from the surveys and interview was to determine the different studies for this project: The market study through the application of the survey interview bidders and lojanas households, became known that the potential demand is given 100%, i.e., all the families of the city to acquire and consume chicken, and the actual demand of 13.85% of families lojanas if they consume galantine (stuffed chicken). In as far as effective demand was that 98,18% are willing to acquire the chicken filling because they consider that it is a product little known in the local market. Besides knowing the offer, demand for the stuffed chicken and the unsatisfied demand developed the marketing plan. The technical study is the phase in which determines the size of the plant installed capacity and the used; with respect to the location of the company, this will be located in the city of Loja, exactly in San Cayetano Bajo; the engineering of the project, which determines the production process, the flowchart of processes and of course, the description of requirements and the distribution of the plant was also built. This project contains the organizational and business study, which establishes the legal basis of the company. In the study of economic - financial comprises the initial investment of the project, in which consists of the budgets of the fixed assets, deferred and current, and the sources of financing (own and others); coming thus to determine required $26 to invest in the project. 242,27. money which will be resolved by a loan to the JEP cooperative of $15.000,0 representing 57,16% of the total loan; also found the total costs with a rate of 4.81%, and for wages and salaries annual inflation was projected with 8%; the unit cost of production; the selling price to the public that for the first year is $15.95 per each chicken filling, given so yearly sales revenue is $229.680,00; also found the fixed costs and variables, which calculations using a balance based on sales for the first year is $162.924,24, and depending on the installed capacity is 70,94%; in the State... And within the financial evaluation are financial indicators such as the net present value (VAN) which is $40.141,02; the internal rate of return (IRR) 46,88%; the Capital recovery period (PRC) to be given within 3 years and 11 days. the benefit cost ratio (RB/C) is higher one, which means that for every dollar invested recovers 0.12 cents. and the analysis of sensitivity (AS) with the decrease of 5.45% in revenues and sensitivity analysis with the increase of 6% in costs. All these elements allowed to determine the feasibility of the project. Finally determines the following conclusions were made on the basis of the development of these studies: The market study found that 98,18% of the lojanas families are willing to purchase the stuffed chicken because it is little known in the local market. The technical study determined the size and location of the plant and project engineering. The type of company will operate under the proprietorship of limited liability "EURL" mode, for it has been structured hierarchical levels, the flow charts and the manual functions. Finally with the financial indicators of determines that the project feasible. |
