Lisää tagi | Yhteenveto: | This research focuses on the influence of Electronic Government in the simplification of administrative procedures, particularly in the Collection Department of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of El Pangui canton during the year 2023. The main objective was to diagnose how the implementation of electronic government can contribute to the simplification of procedures through the use of technological tools to improve the effectiveness of public management, quality, and quickness in the provision of services. It was carried out under a qualitative and descriptive approach, as its purpose was to detail the characteristics and implications of the simplification of procedures. The methodology used consisted of data collection through interviews with key actors, analysis of the institutional website, documentary review of the implementation of electronic government, and analysis of the results to identify opportunities for improvement and propose an effective strategy for the optimization of administrative management. As a result, procedures susceptible to simplification and digitalization were identified, which led to the development of a comprehensive proposal that highlights technical, procedural, and user experience aspects. The findings emphasize the importance of administrative modernization, promoting efficiency and citizen satisfaction, and demonstrate how the adoption of information and communication technologies can positively transform public management and citizen service. In conclusion, this research contributes to the understanding that electronic government is a key tool for the simplification of procedures, and improving the interaction between government and citizens, which in turn contributes to the sustainable development of the canton. |
