Yhteenveto:This research work was carried out in the city of Loja, having as main objective to carry out a feasibility study for the "creation of a company to elaborate and commercialize aloe vera cream, in the city of Loja. For this, methods such as inductive and deductive were used, as well as techniques such as the survey for plaintiffs and bidders, which allowed the collection of relevant information for the present project. The results present the information coming from the users and marketers of products for the skin, with that was determined the tastes and preferences of the same. In this way, the market study was carried out, in which the survey was basically applied to 396 people in the city of Loja, and it can be determined that there is an unsatisfied demand of 241,963 units; As for the supply is 170,400 units, this in relation to substitutes, since there is no aloe vera cream market. In the technical study it was analyzed that the installed capacity is 219,000 units of aloe vera cream in presentation of 100 grams, on the other hand the capacity used is 104,000 units; The macro and micro location to determine the place of the company, and will be located in the city of Loja; Barrio Amable María, Industrial Park. Also the distribution of the plant and the technical requirements for them to make the most of an orderly and systematic arrangement of the entire productive area. In the organizational design was determined the 5 constitution of the company, the same that will have NATURES`SAB as its corporate name. EURL. The financial study determines that the total investment for this project will be $ 58,777.90, for the first year unit costs will be $ 3.04, the sale price for the first two years is $ 4 a unit. The financial assessment determined that the NPV is $ 313,816.83, an IRR of 123.85% greater than the opportunity cost of 10% was obtained, in addition the investment will be recovered in the 10 months, it was also determined a Relationship Cost-Benefit of 43 cents for each dollar invested and finally it was determined that the project endured an increase of up to 26.80% in costs and a decrease in revenues of 19.50%. With the favorable results in each of the studies, it is possible to conclude that the company of elaboration and commercialization of aloe vera cream in the city of Loja is feasible to be implemented.
