Итог:The research as a general context, had like object to analyze the incidence of the institutional educational planning, in the development of the academic and administrative activities of the ``Manuel Enrique Rengel` `Night National School, of Loja city, in analogy with the theoretical mark, the research was done about the planning incidence`s, in the academic and administrative development of the mentioned school. In the research objective`s, actions settle down to know the institutional educational planning interrelation in the academic and administrative school development, in the perspective of cooperating in a positive way to the institutional and curricular improvement. The population taken as reference for the execution, was adjusted to the preset requirements in the modulate research whose key informants like: educational, students, authorities, commissions and family parents, facilitate to collect the suitable information through the investigation instrument application`s like: interviews and polls to obtain truthful and objective information, and to be able to emit reliable opinions about the existent problematic. The research design, like non experimental prioritize the use of qualitative and quantitative methodologies to describe the information, to verify and to check the hypotheses, to emit the conclusions, and in this way to propose alternative limits to the existent problem. As a final investigation result the problems generated by the lack of an institutional and curricular planning, according to the requirements of the curriculum, the student`s necessities, and in relation to the institutional context, these problems come limiting the institutional development of the Rengelista community considerably.
