Добавить метку | Итог: | The purpose of this thesis is to contribute with a proposal for the implementation of a savings bank in the parish of San José in the canton Catamayo, which is aimed at solving the problem of saving and credit, creating opportunities to generate income Which help to improve the standard of living of the inhabitants, the present research work is composed of four studies such as: market, technical, administrative-legal and economic-financial studies. Methods such as scientific, inductive, deductive, analytical and techniques such as direct observation, bibliographical collection and survey were used, which allowed to analyze and interpret the results, as well as structured the literature review which consisted of basic concepts that served as Guide for the development of this thesis. The implementation of the savings bank formulates a model with mission and social vision that promotes the general welfare, whose purpose is to stimulate savings and to grant credits, with a simple organizational structure, with clear and specific functions that allow to offer appropriate and timely Products and services. For this purpose, the market study was started by means of the surveys of the economically active population of the parish of San José to know its interest and the degree of acceptance of the savings bank and the products and services that it would offer. This study was able to determine which partners are interested in the implementation of the cash, the services that will provide savings and credit where the interest rates and passive interest rates will be set according to the benchmarks by the Central Bank of Ecuador Always considering the social purpose. The following objective was determined by means of a technical study, the location, size and other elements required for the installation and operation of the savings bank, establishing the location of the box, which will be located in the First floor of the parish house of the church San José located between the av. Nueva Loja and San Juan Bautista. |
