Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de muebles rústicos de caña guadua en la ciudad de Loja

This trabo developed in the city of Loja, due to the need to utilize the resources that are available locally, which is why the project called was raised: "PROJECT FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF A COMPANY OF RUSTIC CANE FURNITURE BAMBOO IN THE CITY OF Loja". The study starts with a literature review, where the conceptual referents linked to the development of research work issues. For the realization of the thesis was taken as basis methods and techniques that helped identify the population under study, and learn through the use of surveys feasibility level for the creation of the company. In the study of three types of market demands are quantified: potential demand is 79% of yojanas families buying furniture for your home, the actual demand is 22% and effective demand of 74% of families who are willing to buy the product. On the supply side a survey of 35 local furniture in the city of Loja was applied. Technical study where the size of the plant in relation presents its installed and utilized capacity was then developed, its macro and micro localization, product design, production process and the respective flow charts of the process for the production and marketing was defined products, the distribution of the plant and technical requirements . In the organizational study found that the company will be legally incorporated as a Limited Company, will have a period of minimum duration of 5 years and will have the business name furniture Guadúa "THE REST "Cia. Ltd., the same to be located via a Malacatos (21 kilometer). Similarly hierarchical levels and organizational charts that began its work the company was determined also manuals functions are defined to have clear and defined roles of staff engaged. In the economic study an investment of $ 66,020.52 is divided into fixed assets, deferred assets and capital work is appreciated. Financing the investment will be solved as follows, for the 62.13 % equity which is $ $ 41,020.52 and the remaining 37.87 % funded by the National Development Bank at a rate of 15 %. Financial evaluation yielded the following results: The Net Present Value ( NPV) is $ 12,738.21 , the internal rate of return is 16.92% and this satisfactory value for project implementation in the Benefit Cost Ratio was determined that for every dollar invested a gain of 0.75 cents will be obtained , the Capital Recovery Period is 4 years , 7 months and 28 days, the sensitivity analysis allowed us to determine that the project supports an increase in costs 42.40 % and a decrease in revenue of 24.28 % compared to the results indicated that the project will not be noticeable . Finally, conclusions , recommendations for all the work, the literature in which are reference books for research and exhibits where the format of the surveys notes , photos of the products are made and finally where the index will be performed numbering of each topic.
