In addition to the application of tools for collecting information, such as observation sheets, surveys applied to 152 residents of the neighborhood, and interviews carried out with key actors in the neighborhood, with the purpose of knowing the problems present in the neighborhood; where in the first instance the reactivation and strengthening of the directive was carried out; in addition to the interaction of the researcher with the inhabitants through workshops, in order to proceed to carry out the neighborhood action plan to contribute to the progress of the residents of the “San Francisco de Borja” neighborhood, popularly known as the Borja neighborhood. These tools were aimed at solving the three main problems identified within the severity and urgency matrix, which are the poor condition of the streets, sidewalks and sewers: the problem of insecurity and finally the lack of lighting in the neighborhood's public spaces. The neighborhood action plan prepared and delivered to the president for execution and in this way solve the demands through the proposed activities with the established schedule and with the intervention of those responsible for each activity.
