The present Curricular Integration Work aims to present a "Proposal of an organizational and functional structure for the Black & White Construction and Consulting Company of Yantzaza canton, province of Zamora Chinchipe", in order to solve the inefficiencies that occur internally in the company to improve and increase the activity within the company, since any organization must have an organizational structure that serves as a guide for the development of its activities, so objectives were determined covering all aspects that are related to an organizational and functional design. The methodology used in this work allowed the collection of information within the study area with a qualitative approach supported by the inductive method, with a type of action-research design, and with the help of techniques and instruments such as surveys and interviews that provided the facility to obtain the necessary information. As a result, it was found that the company does not have an established organizational and functional structure, such as functional, structural and positional organization chart, likewise, it does not have detailed welcome and process manuals, which allowed to determine the structure of the company together with the functions performed by the employees. For this reason it was determined the importance of implementing an organizational and functional design for the company in order to improve its corporate image in front of internal and external customers, as well as its competition, allowing a better positioning in the market. |

El presente trabajo de Integración Curricular tiene como objetivo presentar una “Propuesta de una estructura organizacional y funcional para la empresa Constructora y Consultora Black & White del cantón Yantzaza provincia de Zamora Chinchipe”, con el fin de solucionar las ineficiencias que se presentan de manera interna en la empresa para mejorar e incrementar la actividad dentro de la empresa, dado que toda organización debe contar con una estructura organizacional que sirva como una guía para el desarrollo de sus actividades, por lo cual se determinaron objetivos que abarcan todos los aspectos que están relacionados a un diseño organizacional y funcional. La metodología que se utilizó en el presente trabajo permitió la recolección de información dentro del área de estudio con un enfoque cualitativo apoyado del método inductivo, con un tipo de diseño de investigación – acción, y con la ayuda de las técnicas e instrumentos como las encuestas y entrevistas que brindaron la facilidad de obtener la información necesaria. Como resultado se obtuvo que la empresa no cuenta con una estructura organizacional y funcional establecida, tales como organigrama funcional, estructural y de posición, así mismo, no cuenta con los manuales de bienvenida y de procesos detallados, por lo que a través de ello permitió determinar la estructura que posee la empresa juntamente con las funciones que ejecutan los empleados.
