Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa productora de mangueras para instalaciones eléctricas en base a materiales plásticos reciclados y su comercialización en la ciudad de Loja

This feasibility project aimed at the creation of a new production company hoses based recyclables in the city of Loja, is a new reality of today's market directed to provide new quality products in this city, which is why It has been considered as business idea "FEASIBILITY PROJECT FOR THE CREATION OF A PRODUCER MICRO HOSE FOR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS BASED ON RECYCLED PLASTICS AND MARKETING IN THE CITY OF LOJA ". To meet this goal was necessary the use of mathematical, statistical, inductive, deductive methods and techniques of observation and survey was applied to 228 stores and hardware stores of building materials to determine demand and a survey 11 companies dedicated to the production of plastics Loja, being able to determine the existing unsatisfied demand was 574,513 meters of hose recyclable material. The project has an installed capacity of 192,000 meters of hose and will work for the first year with an installed capacity of 75% or 144,000 meters of hose, the company's production capacity hose recyclable material based on work in the city of Loja, Amable Maria sector, in the Industrial Park of the city. Moreover, the Company will comply as limited liability and bear the name and address of: EMPROMAN CIA. LTDA. "The investment required for the implementation of the project will be $ 71,497.51, the cost per meter of hose was estimated at $ 1.08, so the profit margin of 20% was established with whereby the sale price of each meter of hose will be $ 1.30. The project is feasible and realizable as evidenced by the financial indicators such as NPV was worth $ 48,918.15, the IRR was calculated at 27.31%. The initial investment will be recovered in 4 years 9 months and 13 days and the cost benefit ratio indicates that you will get 0.20 cents for every dollar invested, while using sensitivity analysis can establish that the project supports up 9.96 % increase in costs and 9.96% decrease in revenue. Once the work completed will I determine the most important conclusions were: The project is welcome as this is shown by the market study which determined that there is an unmet demand and according to the financial evaluation the project is profitable and rewarding. Finally among the important recommendations it is that the project implementation is recommended due to the results obtained from the evaluation criteria developed in this study, and periodically review the market and trends in order to prepare for the changes they can present to introduce new services to be better meet the needs of customers.
