ANÁLISIS FINANCIERO A LA EMPRESA RC ELECTRODOMÉSTICOS DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, PERIODO 2014-2015.PROPUESTA DE MEJORAMIENTO

The FINANCIAL ANALYSIS TO THE COMPANY RC HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES OF THE CITY OF LOJA, PERIOD 2014-2015. PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVEMENT, aims to evaluate the financial statements, and based on them the managers make decisions aimed at contributing to the growth of the company, for an efficient management of business resources. It was developed to comply with the requirement established in the Academic Regulations prior to opting for the Bachelor's and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Auditing, Public Accountant-Auditor. These were fulfilled according to the following specific objectives: In order to elaborate the Vertical Analysis of the period 2014-2015, the Financial Statements are considered necessary to know how the accounts affect and that, in turn, allowed analyzing the financial structure of the company, the different variations of the Assets, Liabilities and Equity groups; Also elements of the Income Statement such as Income and Expenses in order to know the increases or decreases that have occurred in the periods, 2014-2015 of the results of the Company. When the Horizontal Analysis was developed, a comparison was made of the different accounts to determine the quantity and percentage that have varied in the years analyzed. In the application of Financial Indicators such as, Liquidity, Activity, Indebtedness and Profitability, the company's performance, strong and weak aspects are detected, detecting the areas that need the most 5 attention. The DuPont System and the economic value added (EVA), which involve the combination of balance sheet and income statement accounts that provide a clear view of the economic and financial behavior of the company, is why no return on the assets was obtained as well as of the heritage; with respect to the (EVA) it did not manage to cover the costs, that is why the company does not obtain economic benefit. Finally, we proceed with the preparation of the Financial Report addressed to the executives, where weaknesses of the company are detailed and which need greater attention and improvement of them; The Proposal was also made, detailing options that the company can improve, the schools are of greater importance and with it, the growth of the same can be recovered, which are aimed at the benefit and development of the company
