Fijar en el código orgánico integral penal, parámetros para el cálculo del monto económico como mecanismos de reparación integral en sentencias condenatorias

The proposed research topic is of paramount importance for society as it provides important information about the parameters for calculating the economic amount relied on Código Orgánico Integral Penal for Reparation in damning judgment; once a person is a victim of a crime against property rights suffers emotional and physical damage for long periods of time. Given this great need the Reparation is that victims see recouped their right through the standardization of this principle so that the State complies with its duty to protect and guarantee society life in a harmonious atmosphere, quiet and sure. This research work aims to contribute to the solution of the problems posed to "Set in the Código Orgánico Integral Penal , parameters for calculating the economic amount as mechanisms for comprehensive repair convictions" for which the following objectives: To determine the causes and effects the absence of economic parameters for calculating the amount as full compensation mechanism, establish implementation mechanisms of the types of comprehensive repair convictions and propose legal reform that allows to calculate the amount of economic reparation in condenatorias.El sentences research design was bibliographic, field, documentary and legal methods, scientific, inductive, deductive and statistical, as research tools interview judges of criminal guarantees, fiscal and survey of victims of criminal offenses were employed were employed in cases with convictions
