إضافة وسم | الملخص: | In the current study, it has been shown that fear in the dental office has prevailed in many people, mostly children, who due to previous traumatic experiences do not tolerate the visit to the dentist, due to noises, smells, and strange shapes that exist inside the dental office, this added to the fact that some of them have determined disabilities makes dental care even strong difficult, at present, there is a great need to provide safe and effective dental service to this group of people, for this reason, a study was carried out with a sample of 30 pediatric patients, whose parents participated in a survey that resulted in 100% satisfaction in the treatments performed and where no complications emerged during the sedation procedure outside the operating room, thus meeting the urgent needs of patients successfully for them and the team. However, to achieve this success, medical studies of the patients had to be carried out in advance to verify that there were no contraindications such as respiratory or cardiac diseases or other diseases that could put their lives at risk, moreover to having all the necessary personnel and equipment to be able to solve any inconvenience that could arise during the procedure |
