Proceso de atención de enfermería aplicado a la salud escolar de niños/as de 4to. año de educación básica paralelo A de la escuela fiscal mixta Julio María Matovelle

Present research on "NURSING CARE PROCESS APPLIED TO THE HEALTH OF SCHOOL CHILDREN FROM 4TH YEAR OF SIDE" A "OF THE SCHOOL ATTORNEY MIXED JULY MARIA MATOVELLE BASIC EDUCATION", as part of the macro-proyecto; Nursing care process with implementation of nursing school toward the good life; It aims "to apply the process of nursing care, based on functional patterns of Marjory Gordon and the interrelation NANDA IAS-NOC; framed in the field of research - action through a study of type descriptive-transversal, it applies to 32 children; the techniques and instruments used were the home visits, with the application of two techniques: observation of the family environment of the school and the interview the parents or guardians of the minor, whose instrument was a guide in which comprised 11 patterns of Marjory Gordon that allowed me to gather information on the health of school children. As result were obtained the following altered patterns: pattern 1: perception health management with the indicator frequency of medical check-ups, do not complete the drug treatment and is auto-medican; Pattern 2: metabolic nutrition was the indicator of the tooth decay because of the frequency of brushing; Another is the pattern 9: sexuality and reproduction represented by the lack of sex education; last pattern 10: adaptation and tolerance to stress having the child's behavior as an indicator.
