Streszczenie:The present research work entitled "Organizational climate and work performance of public servants of the Loja Education District, year 2022", It was developed with the objective of establishing the incidence in a relationship of both administrative terms in the place of study, as well as defining the current organizational climate, identifying the factors that affect work performance and propose an improvement plan that overcomes the negative factors of the organizational climate and improve the job performance of public servants in the field of study. This purpose was carried out through a non-experimental research, using the descriptive and explanatory methods. The population considered is 74 public servants, to whom two research instruments were applied: surveys and interviews. In addition, the method applied to verify the relationship between the two variables studied was the Chi – square test, yielding a value of P- equal to 8.309E-26, therefore statistical evidence was found to reject the null hypothesis (Ho), that is, "The organizational climate if it is related to the work performance of public servants who work in the Loja Education District", which is in agreement with what is stated in the literature review and the theory of organizational climate of Likert where the causal variables are analyzed, intermediate and final, which determines that this issue is of fundamental importance because it is reflected in the motivation and commitment with which the servants of an institution work for the fulfillment of institutional objectives.
