Proyecto de factibilidad para la implementación de una microempresa productora de aceite de Mayón, en el cantón Shushufindi, provincia de Sucumbíos, para el año 2016

The objective was to determine the feasibility for the creation of a microenterprise producing and marketing Mayon oil and its commercialization in Shushufindi, province of Sucumbíos. That this species is attributed medicinal properties themselves that cure progressively problems with joints, for this reason traders extract the oil in a natural way to apply to passers-by without meeting the minimum hygiene standards, giving a bad impression to those who transit through The place, there are also people who want to use the oil but find it unpleasant to get it directly from the animal, they also extract it in a handmade way and keep it stored for later use, becoming stale representing a risk for those who use it. The study was carried out using the deductive, inductive, analytical and synthetic methods, and the information gathering technique for the market study was the survey, as the study population took the 54,175 inhabitants of the canton Shushufindi, segmented by families Reaching a figure of 13,543 taking a sample of 374 surveys. It was started with the market study starting with the analysis of the demand identified a population of 13,543 families, of which 44.12% have family members suffering from muscle, joint and / or respiratory problems, population that constitutes the Potential project demand; 78.18% used ointments, creams and / or oils for their ailments, and an average consumption of 32 units was identified; Then it was established that 75.97% of those who require products for their ailments are willing to purchase Mayonnaise oil, a figure corresponding to 113,558 Mayon oils. In the study of the supply it was determined that the four naturist centers sell 7,200 units of ointments and creams used for muscular ailments. In establishing the difference between supply and demand, an unsatisfied demand for 106,358 bottles of Mayon oil was determined. In the technical study, considering the machinery, labor and effective working time, it was determined that the company will have an installed capacity of 99,944 bottles of 60 ml Mayon oil; And is expected to start trading at 85% of its capacity so as not to overestimate the economic performance. Likewise based on the analysis of the factors of location, it was determined that the ideal place for the location of the plant is in the canton Shushufindi Barrio Amazonas, 6th street between Amazonas and Portoviejo. In the organizational study it was determined that the company requires to hire 10 people, who will be in charge of the production process directly. In the legal study it was decided that the most appropriate form of constitution is as a limited company, and will be called Mayón "Masache" Cía. Ltda. The financial study determined that the project requires an investment of $ 52,402.47, which will be financed by 62% by the partners and the remainder will be covered by a credit in the BanEcuador at an annual rate of 11.26%. Similarly, the sale price of each bottle is $ 3.45, respectively, as a result of the operation the company in its first year of activities expects to obtain a net profit of $ 20,104.69 and in the tenth year $ 34,291, 48; And projected cash flow for the first year is $ 23,609.92. In the analysis of the financial evaluation, the indicators reported the following results: VAN $ 107,828.01, which shows a high profitability of the project; Internal rate 48.11%; The cost benefit ratio shows that for every dollar invested the company earns $ 0.13; Capital recovered in 2 years, 1 month and 10 days and the sensitivity analysis reveals that the project can support an increase in costs of up to 7.05% and a decrease in its income of up to 6.23%. Finally it is recommended to equip the plant with the equipment detailed in the present study, and to follow the productive process described to guarantee the obtaining of a quality product.
