Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The objective of this Curricular Integration Work is to formulate the follow-up value aggregator thread for graduates for results management at the National University of Loja, year 2022, which will make management by results known through a manual of processes, in which the diagramming of the procedures is established so that the key actors carry out the follow-up of graduates effectively and efficiently and thus meet the objectives set by the National University of Loja. For the elaboration of this work, the qualitative approach was used because the information obtained was ordered based on the characteristics of Graduate Follow-up (SG) and through action research, solutions were presented for the problems identified in the situational diagnosis of the aforementioned thread. previously, through the improvement proposal related to the design of a guide manual. On the other hand, the methods used were: the analytical method and the synthetic method, the first one allowed to break down the aforementioned sub-process, facilitating the analysis of the information relationship and analyzing the information relationship obtained through documentary and field studies (file observation and semi-structured interviews) and the second contributed to the gathering and organization of said information in a cross-sectional period, that is, in a current and continuous time, thus facilitating the design of the proposal made to the Directorate of Links with the Society. Finally, the proposal of the Graduate Follow-up process manual was shared with the key actors, leaving them satisfied with the management tool delivered and after this, the discussion was developed, in which the results of the investigation were related to the theory, giving way to the conclusions and recommendations of this project. |
