סיכום:The sausage and meat companies in Canton Baños de Agua Santa Tungurahua have stagnate dover time, have not sought way stoup grade , because the rate of change and productive business environment is overwhelming, the main problem being presented , what yesterday was today technology is obsolete, therefore it must have planned to be predisposed to adapt to the environment, being in constant evolution. This document refers to the DEVELOPMENT OF A MARKETING PLAN FOR THE COMPANY " THE MEAT AND SOMETHING MORE FAIR " CANTON WATER BATH SANTA TUNGURAHUA province, in this first plan has been made to strength en the theoretical basis knowledge of the study, then based on information obtained by employing field surveys such as those made at 20 and 125 customers employees. Based on information from product anal y sis of external factors that could determine who owns the business opportunities such as the strong domestic consumer market, efficient support lenders govern mental tourist in flux, the supply of quality products; as stronger threats presented can mention the volcanic eruption, competitive low prices , inadequate slaughtering process, the political instability that currently has experienced some political destabilization attempts evidenced in the events organized by the body country's police is also a threat for all types of business. The study results Matrix External Factors throw a weighted value of 2.88, which means the company has more opportunities in the external environment and the threats it cannot cover damage the inside of it, on the other hand value of the weighted Matrix Internal Factors resulted 2.66, which means that the company internally has strengths and weaknesses that will be taken into account to improve substantially the same good for growth. It was determined that the Company " FAIR AND SOME MORE MEAT has as strengths Innovation and training staff on a permanent basis, good location in a commercial and very easy to get, excellent customer service, good product quality , the excellent prices , and personalized service weaknesses employee spoor training , lack of promotions and incentives to customers, lack of manual features , the lack of advertising, and poor customer service , reduced physicals pace, lack of customer loyalty , few suppliers of the product , limited know ledge on the part of employees of the vision, mission , goals and organizational values . We present a qualitative approach, to be framed in the social aspect in which they develop the companies producing meat and sausage, we used a descriptive, because through this might detail the levels of consumption that has the people in the canton Baños de Agua Santa, and analysis showed that the level of acceptance that each meat product vending company . We kept in mind the complexity and dynamics of today's markets, it is difficult for companies to grow and compete regardless of the variables involved when performing a comprehensiveanalysistoverify iftheproposedventureisfeasibleornot. It is necessary to note that in any business there is always the risk and uncertainty that are directly associated with the success or failure of it. The paper finally establish the conclusions and recommendations that have been thought relevant.
