| Резюме: | The thesis named THE CHILDREN’S RING – A- ROUND AS METHODOLOGICAL STRATEGY IN ORDER TO IMPROVE SELF-ESTEEM OF CHILDREN FROM 4 TO 5 YEARS OLD IN THE 25 DE DECEMBER OF THE BASIC GENERAL EDUCATION SCHOOL OF LOJA CITY, ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-2019. The main goal of this research is to determine the incidence of the infantile ring-a-round in the self-esteem of children from 4 to 5 years old. In the developing of this work the Explanatory Theory Is supported in the Scientists, descriptive, analytical synthetic, deductive, inductive methods. In order to establish the teacher’s knowledge level about the topic of the study, the interview technique was applied. Besides, 23 students were taken as sample using the School self-esteem test. The most important results obtained were: 9 children with high self-esteem, 3 with normal self-esteem, and 11 children with low self-esteem. Through the application of alternative proposal called "children players" it was established that students improved their selfesteem. So we found: 16 children with high self-esteem, 6 with normal self-esteem and a child with normal self-esteem and a child with low self-esteem. It is therefore concluded that methodological strategies should be inserted to help improve children's self-esteem. It is also recommended that the round be used in school activities, so that children have the opportunity to develop training elements such as: creation, action, discipline, psychomotor skills, which allows them to concel trust and teach them to believe in themselves. |
