Thêm thẻ | Tóm tắt: | The present research work is called "Doctrinal legal analysis of the Simplified Stock Companies (S.A.S) incorporated in the Companies Law" whose objective is to identify the characteristic elements of the Simplified Stock Companies (S.A.S), the substantial differences of these elements compared to those of the other types of companies established in the Companies Law and if these characteristics make the first option at the time of incorporation a company is opting for one of Simplified Shares (S.A.S) over the other types of companies. With the research carried out it is evident that, despite having little time implemented in the Ecuadorian regulations, the Simplified Stock Companies (SAS) have had a great reception in the country due to the various benefits it has, among them the most outstanding its speed and ease at the time of incorporation, avoiding incurring bureaucratic expenses for its creation, unlike the other types of commercial companies established in the Law. This has caused people to lean more towards Simplified Stock Companies (SAS) when looking for alternatives for the creation of their companies, since it adapts to the specific needs of users and has more facilities for micro, small and medium entrepreneurs to access to formalize their businesses as a commercial company. In order to carry out the development of this research and obtain the evidenced results, various research indicators were used, such as legal, doctrinal and conceptual. In the same way, methods such as: scientific, inductive, deductive, analytical, hermeneutic, comparative, statistical and synthetic, in addition to the application of techniques such as interviews and surveys, for which the city of Loja was taken as a sample to obtain criteria of professionals and specialists in the field of Corporate Law, in order to obtain various perspectives and opinions on Simplified Joint Stock Companies (S.A.S) and their impact on the Corporate-commercial scope. |
