| Summary: | The present research work called "BUSINESS PLAN FOR THE CREATION OF A COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE ELABORATION AND SALE OF ORGANIC ARABIGA COFFEE DYE IN THE CITY OF LOJA" having as main objective to implement a plan for the production and commercialization of a product that derives from ground roasted coffee turned into liquid essence, offering this way to the families lojanas an excellent alternative for its quality and cost, which was found propitious the implementation of the business idea. As for its proposed objectives was established compliance in the five studies that arm the research as the market study, using methods and techniques as surveys to our claimants in the 382 families in the city of Loja, as a result of the sample to the 59,059 families mentioned above. The families of the city of Loja surveyed present a percentage of 86% that consume coffee, resulting in a population of 50,791 families. For their offer the product does not exist, considering a zero offer, that is to say; it does not present direct competition, but we found products that can cover that need as the coffee to filter and the instant coffee. The determination of the unsatisfied demand for the first year begins with 73,952 bottles, covering the floor demand of 7% of the population that consumes coffee dye, to cover that demand the growth rate will be 19.95% ending the tenth year with 6 481,177 bottles, compensating the demand ceiling with the percentage of 36% of families who plan to acquire the new product. Adhered to this, the respective F.O.D.A. matrix is structured to know the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and future threats that can be found in the business idea. The technical study determined a maximum installed capacity of the machinery (coffee roaster, coffee mill and percolator) is 1,503,360 units, the coverage of the project within the 40% that the business plan would cover holds 501,511 units in bottles; as well as the capacity used is 73,952 bottles containing coffee dye presented in 500ml each unit. Its macro and microlocalization established the adequate place to carry out both productive and administrative activities, with the company located in the city of Loja, sector La Banda at Av. 8 de Diciembre and Pedro de Leiva streets next to the Nataly Clinic. The legal and administrative study identifies the company as a single person with the social name "Tintura de Café E.U.R.L" in its organizational structure conformed by human talent, represented in its organization charts and manual of functions. 7 The financial study, establishes a total investment of $57,737.40 dollars, for the first year the unit costs will be of $3.56; determining a price of sale to the public of $4.06 with a profit of 14%. The financial evaluation determined a NPV of $164,082.85; an IRR of 60.14%, in the CBR for every $1.00 dollar invested, a profit of $0.14 cents, recovering it in 2 years, 8 months and 28 days. In the AS it supports an increase in costs up to 8.25% and a decrease in income of 7.25%. Among the main recommendations raised in this business plan, it is important to highlight that it is timely and reliable to invest in the creation of the new product, adapting to the changes produced in the life of the project. |
