الملخص:Nowadays, technology is present in most of the activities developed by human beings. Education is an area where technologies are applied in administrative and academic processes, and it was strengthened in times of Covid-19. In addition, it has allowed knowledge and learning to be open to anyone, regardless of their location. Despite these advances, still exist some processes are still not automated, such as the management of the teaching portfolio documentation, causing inconsistency, deterioration, and confusion in the documentation. In this context, the present degree project is framed to provide a solution to the exposed problem, proposing a web application for the management of the teaching portfolio of the Institutes of Higher Education in the city of Loja, which will speed up the process of reviewing the teaching portfolio. In addition, it allowed the teacher to upload evidence of the work done (syllabi, exams, lessons, assignments, tutorials, etc.) during the academic period, according to the format established by the institute to which they belong. To meet the objectives set, the XP agile development methodology was applied because it applies to projects where the development team is small. Likewise, the duration of the project was carried out in iterations of 2 to 3 weeks. As a result of implementing GESPORDOC, a better organization of the teaching portfolio documentation was evidenced. Likewise, there was an improvement in the availability of the documentation for those involved in the process of verifying the content of the portfolio. With this, this process was streamlined, and in the future, with the implementation of the developed solution, it will allow to reduce or optimize the delivery, follow-up, and validation times of the portfolio.
