| Gaia: | The present research work, entitled "Impressionist pictorial representation of the Alto Nangaritza landscape affected by mining", has as its main objective to create an artistic representation that captures the essence of this landscape, taking into account the impacts caused by mining activity. The study focuses on exploring the technical and aesthetic characteristics of the impressionist style, analyzing the most outstanding artistic references, in order to develop a significant pictorial proposal. Through a deep theoretical analysis, the influence of mining on the landscape of Alto Nangaritza is approached, with the purpose of transmitting this reality in the artistic production. In order to achieve the objectives set out in this work, several research methods were employed. First, the deductive method was used, which consisted of gathering relevant information from bibliographic sources covering the impressionist movement and its artistic references. On the other hand, the inductive method was used, which involved the collection of visual information through photographic records of the Alto Nangaritza landscape. These images served as visual reference for the composition of the pictorial works, allowing to capture in detail the nuances and essence of the environment. Through the experimental method, impressionist techniques were put into practice and various plastic elements were used to carry out the artistic production process. Finally, the pictorial works were exhibited so that the public had the opportunity to appreciate and observe the artistic proposal that reflects the problems of mining in Alto Nangaritza. These exhibitions were conceived with the purpose of generating awareness and promoting reflection on the importance of preserving natural landscapes. Key words: Upper Nangaritza, impressionism, mining, landscape, painting. |
