The objective of this investigation was to carry out the I diagnose of the students' of the primary educational centers buccal and dental health ¨Benjamín Franklin #30¨, ¨Clorinda Espinosa¨ and ¨Dr. Hugo Guillermo González¨ the rural parish Chantaco of the Canton Loja year 2013. For this you plantation specific objectives, to identify the factors of risk and to determine that dental pathologies are of more frequency. The results of the present investigation were that 98,2% presented tooth decay, 69,5% gingival inflammation, in the temporary teething it was found that the step mesial is the occlusion more predominant molar with 76,9%, in the permanent teething 44,5% presented class I of Angle or Normal occlusion and 55,5% occlusion alterations. Of the interviewed students 41,9% brushes its teeth twice a day, 80,3% carries out an incorrect technique, the frequency of consumption of causing foods of cavity was 48% they consume once a day.
